Utah Blitz – Stacey Shipmon, FB
Favorite football memory: When Nike sports came out to the Utah and did a piece on the Utah Jynxs woman’s team. It was great to see them so involved with us. And it was a honor to be apart of the video. Thanks Nike call me again anytime. And of course it’s where I met my beautiful wife and for that I couldn’t be happier. The future of women’s football is… Only going to get better! Thanks to all the woman who have and all the woman who continue and will break boundaries. Can’t wait to see where the next few years leads us all. |
Wisconsin Dragons – Larcretia Harvey, LB
Favorite football memory: My first good-form tackle that caused an injury time out. I realized then that I can not only receive big hits, but I was capable of giving them as well! The future of women’s football is… UNPREDICTABLE! The world has only seen the beginning of women playing football but also being associated with football. Here we come, watch out! |
Wisconsin Dragons – Katrina Steffes, CB
Favorite football memory: Watching the new and veteran players learn to love the game of football. The future of women’s football is… Creating a league that is run professionally and creating a draft to make women’s football into a legitimate professional association. |
