WFA Partners with All22 to Enhance Scouting Opportunities

The Women’s Football Alliance (WFA) proudly announces a groundbreaking partnership with All22, the premier global scouting network, aimed at revolutionizing opportunities for professional scouting in women’s football. This collaboration will provide global and American teams unprecedented access to top-tier talent.

All22, renowned as the largest global recruitment platform connecting football players and teams worldwide, boasts over 45 scouts across six continents, covering more than 70 countries. These scouts, trained and certified by NFL and CFL experienced executives, ensure verified data and rigorous player testing.

The platform is expanding to include female tackle and flag football players, professionalizing women’s football by establishing a centralized database encompassing players’ stats, measurements, and psychological profiles. All22 empowers female athletes to connect with teams globally, supports clubs with essential resources—including equipment donations and coaching—and aims to expand football by identifying talented girls in other sports who could excel in football.

All22 proudly announces its partnership with the WFA, recognized as the largest, longest-running, and most competitive female tackle football league globally, to establish a comprehensive database of their players. The inaugural combine testing by All22 with the WFA will be held during National Championship Weekend in Canton, Ohio.

“It’s an honor to be part of this transformative moment in women’s football,” remarked Ambra Marcucci, WFA International Director of the Netherlands and All22 Director of Women’s Football Development. “Through this partnership, we are not just building a database—we are building dreams, opportunities, and the future of women in football. Together, we will help athletes reach new heights, become role models, and pave the way for generations to come!”

As part of this collaboration, All22 will host two International Combines, inviting WFA players alongside international athletes to showcase their skills. The first event will coincide with the WFA National Championship on July 26 at the prestigious Hall of Fame Village in Canton, Ohio. The second combine will take place from September 13-15 during the AFBN v WFA International Event in Amsterdam. These combines promise to be pivotal moments for aspiring athletes, providing a platform to demonstrate their abilities for international competition. Participating athletes will be added to a recruitment pool for WFA international events and overseas teams.

“This partnership signifies a significant milestone for women’s football,” stated Lisa King of the Women’s Football Alliance. “By uniting with All22, we are not only expanding scouting opportunities but also setting a new data-driven standard for global talent development within our sport.”

About the WFA

The Women’s Football Alliance (WFA) is the largest, longest-running, and most competitive women’s tackle football league in the world.  Women’s tackle football teams and leagues have been in existence for over four decades, but the most promising growth in the sport – both in the number of teams and in the level of competition – has taken place over the last five years. The WFA has broken many barriers. It was the first women’s football league to play a National Championship in an NFL stadium, as well as the first women’s league to have its games broadcasted on national television. In addition, over 15 veteran WFA players have earned coaching and scouting positions in the NFL including Katie Sowers (San Francisco 49ers), the first female to coach in a Super Bowl, and Jennifer King (Washington Redskins), the first female African American coach in the NFL.
