The Women’s Football Alliance Advisory Board is comprised of successful businesswomen who have also dedicated their time and effort to the success of women’s tackle football either as players or as owners and managers. Additionally, their experience working with the NFL and/or USA Football brings a depth of football knowledge that will help propel the growth and recognition of women’s tackle football on a national and international level.
Damion was the Defensive Coordinator for the Minnesota Vixen, where he served for six seasons and contributed to the development of a championship-caliber team. In addition to 23 years of football credentials on and off the field, he brings a wealth of leadership, analytics, and strategy experiences across a broad and diverse business background including Fintech, Healthcare, Transportation, and International Trade. Damion also served in the military as an attack helicopter pilot. He holds an MBA from Denver University and a BS in Aerospace Engineering from West Point.
