The Women’s Football Alliance (WFA) is proud to announce that the 2025 WFA Pro Conference Championship will be broadcast live on ESPN+ on Saturday, July 12, 2025.
As one of the most pivotal games leading up to the WFA National Championship, the Pro Conference Championships will feature the top teams in women’s professional football battling for their place in the title game at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium in Canton, Ohio and broadcasted on ESPN2.
This historic ESPN+ broadcast continues the WFA’s unprecedented momentum in raising the visibility and legitimacy of women’s tackle football. Following the success of last year’s National Championship airing on ESPN2, this additional broadcast showcases the growing demand for women’s sports and the high caliber of talent within the WFA.
“This is another major step forward for women’s football,” said Lisa King, WFA Commissioner. Airing the Pro Conference Championships on ESPN+ will put the WFA in front of 25 million subscribers, opening the door to more fans who will tune in to the National Championship Game on ESPN2.
The WFA Pro Division teams have been operation for a combined 125 years and is the highest level of women’s football competition in the world. With this broadcast, the WFA continues to lead the charge in professionalizing and promoting women’s football on the national stage.
